All service details and prices can be found in our online booking system.

 

A booking fee of 50% of the selected service or treatment is required to secure your appointment, which helps prevent no-shows. You will receive an email for payment.

 

This fee will be deducted from your treatment charge once the service is completed.

 

Rescheduling  an appointment:

If you need to reschedule, please do so at least 72 hours before your appointment, and the booking fee will be applied automatically to your future appointment.

 

Cancelling an appointment:​

If you wish to cancel under any circumstances , the booking fee will be retained due to our

no-refund policy.

NO-SHOW?

Please note that if you do not show up for your appointment, the system will automatically charge you the full, even if the treatment was not received.

 

LATE ARRIVAL:

Arriving more than 15 minutes late will result in automatic cancellation, and the booking fee will be retained, so please allow ample time for travel.

 

NO CHILDREN POLICY:

For safety reasons, children under 18 are not permitted in the clinic under any circumstances. Your treatment will be canceled, and your booking fee will be retained.
